Lunch: Turkey/Ham sandwich, baby carrots
Dinner: 3 eggs, 2 Nutrigrain waffles with peanut butter, 1 Skinny Cow ice cream bar
Snack: 1 Kashi TLC bar

Dinner: 1 cup Kashi Go Lean cereal, 4 Wasa crispbreads with hummus, 1 cup orange sherbert, 1 bottle Lipton diet green tea
Snack: 1 Fiber-One bar
