Breakfast: 10 oz fruit smoothie, 1 Special K waffle with peanut butter
Lunch: leftover smoothie
Dinner: homemade flatbread thai pizza, strawberries, 8 oz chocolate soy milk
Snack: 1/4 cup peanuts, 1 string cheese, 1/4 cup sun chips
